Statement

Representative Charles Rangel has recently asked the Committee on Standards of Official Conduct to review his rental agreements at the Lenox Terrace apartments located in Harlem, New York, as well as his use of Congressional letterhead in his correspondence regarding the City College of New York’s “Charles B. Rangel Center for Public Service” in light of ethical standards of the House of Representatives. The Committee on Standards of Official Conduct is reviewing these matters pursuant to Committee rules.
